Richmond Futures are licensed drone surveyors. Where it’s a appropriate, we have the skills and equipment to utilise drone footage. Drones allow us to inspect higher up areas of your property where we can check the condition of your roof, gutters, chimneys and windows.
The greatest advantage of using drone footage, is the cost effectiveness. To survey high places, typically you would need to hire scaffolding and deal with the organisation & logistics that comes with it.

In our case, he even drew to our attention a potential on-street parking issue which we were not sure if other level 2 report would normally cover. After issuing the report he offered to do a zoom meeting to go through the main points with us and answer our queries directly, which we found it a very good way to wrap up the whole process.
